  • Reflection Notes

“This is the first time I spotted the title ‘working 2000’, an image of Sands on the phone, ‘doing business’. Half a year later, I would open archive boxes with visitors in mistral with about 100+ ‘working 2000’ drawings, and understood this title also refers to a typology in Sands’ work, for drawings as philosophical sketches.” – RR.

GSA meeting – 12.01.20. “Archive is a buzzword.” – N/A. “Yeah but we’re messing it up!” – SMW. “We are messing it up, but we are still making a fucking archive.” MH. “If you can find a box for it and a label, then you’ve made it (an archive).” – SMW [sarcastic].
