Georgia O’Keeffe

Precursor to many things but perhaps too easy to like. Her work was difficult in its time. Love the beginnings of “core imagery” (like Judy Chicago and Miriam Schapiro’s theories).

Love the pioneering spirit because my Dad’s family are in Tucson Arizona and it makes me feel close to her. Maybe someday I’ll live with Robin in Mexico somewhere? See Frida Kahlo. – SMW
